Hello, Creatives! Time for lunch and I’m brown baggin’ it! One of my bags has food and the other has a crafty kit!!! (well actually I have several crafty kits today!)
In addition to today’s kits, I put together a little (literally little) challenge for you that I hope you will accept! It is not hard but it important so I hope you will read on!
This is a challenge I am sending out right now – with all this shelter in place and social distancing this is a way to let someone know you are thinking about them in a creative way. Making someone something special and leaving it for them. You can leave it on a doorstep, maybe for a neighbor who can’t go out or you can put it in the mail. You can use tins you already have at home.
(If you can’t see the video go here – https://youtu.be/7Z51-aDnX1w )
I have some tins that I am sharing in the shop at my cost- just reimburse me and pay to ship, I will provide the ribbon and mixed media paper already cut to fit the box for you because I believe we can make a difference right now. When they are gone they are gone. You get them here while they last.
You can use the idea I share in the video or make your own – the idea is to make something for someone else. I would love to see what you come up with so please take a picture and share it with me!
The Crafty Kits…
If you love mermaids as much as I do you will love this mini journal and video! Filled with tons of mermaids you will love this one!!!!
I think the littles still need a different type of mask to preserve their innocence and imagination! So I created this one- not made out of plastic or paper but canvas so it’s still durable but soft. And super easy to decorate! See the video and kit by clicking on the picture!
Please take a look at the two previous blog posts for more crafty kits that we revealed this week- I have loved brown baggin’ it with you! Please know these kits are in limited supply, when I run out of supplies I will pull the kit so if you are thinking about them don’t wait!
And do the challenge!!! Take pics and tag me at #ritabarakat or post them on my feed so I can see them!!! I want to see what you did!
