Welcome Creatives! Who’s ready for a mixed media blog hop!?!
We are happy to be using Rita Barakat products in conjunction with Art Anthology products for this fun hop!
I made a new Christmas original art piece for my project with my Art Anthology mists! Meet The Future Mrs. Claus.
I was thinking of all the pictures we see of Mrs. Claus and how she always looks old and jolly like good ol’ St Nick but I have to imagine that he was once young too and being such a big personality, someone with just as much personality and beauty had to have captured his heart so that is how I drew her. She is a fiery redhead, with stunning features, she is bright, witty and can melt your heart with her warm smile. I would think that she loves fiercely with all her heart and she is loved by those around her (which is what captured her future hubby’s eye!)
Painting The Future Mrs. Claus
This project came together quickly using mists as paints. When you paint with mists, spray the into your pallet and use a paintbrush. It does dry quickly so expect to be refilling your brush often, however, it is worth it because you can use the same color to create layers and depth to your project!
You will also get a kick out of what my fabulous designers have made! You can see their projects here:
