Hey Creatives! Make a whimsical magical wand! So simple and easy to make! Summer is in full swing and kiddos are home! What a better time than to break out some crafty projects! This is a fun and easy project using my “Sing” stamp and Plaid products!

Sing, WhimsicalMagical Paintbrush Wand
Here is what Stephanie had to say about her project:
I absolutely love Rita’s Sing Stamp! She just looks so magical to me so I wanted to make a magic wand with her at the top! And what better to create a magic wand from for a mixed media artist but an old paintbrush! This was such a fun project.
Everything is painted with Plaid acrylic and glitter paints. The Paintbrush was magically transformed with metallic and glitter paint! Added a real starfish that I painted with Plaid products as well. I added various ribbons and fibers for her dress. A glitter painted shell adorns the top of her dress to complete the Magic wand! She’s the perfect gift for any magical mermaid out there!

I love the fairy wand. That would be a great summer craft project for kiddos. If I still taught crafts at Pottery Barn Kids, we would make one 🙂

This is the cutest project. The colors are rich and those shells just added the finishing touches to a magical mermaid! I think I need a gallon of each Color Burst paint and a quart each of Glitteric and Extreme Glitter colors! Thank you for the inspiration.
Anyone who tells you not to use glitter has too much negativity!
