Stamping Art with Technique Tuesday
I love everything about this project! The color combination, the flowers, the fairy… all gorgeous! Who doesn’t love purples and teals? This sweet little fairy is from my new collection at Technique Junkies! All of the stamps are perfect for all of your stamping art projects!
What Jenn had to say about her project:
Another fun project using the new Rita Barakat stamps from Technique Junkies! You can find a plain wood frame at your local craft store. Wood is porous, it’s nest to add Gesso and let it dry. Add some texture by using texture paste and a stencil. Color is added by using ink sprays and distress inks. Next, I stamped the adorable Monica fairy stamp and colored it. I coated it with embossing ink and clear embossing powder and set. I then added it to the frame and surrounded her with a garden of flowers!
Here are a couple of close-ups!
There are so many potential uses for this type of stamping art project, you could hang it as is, add a smaller photo in the frame, add rubber bands and make it a place to hold cards and sentiments. Make a magnetic board or chalkboard, make a sweet card to match this frame and gift it to someone.
We hope this gives you creative inspiration and would love to hear any ideas you might have for potential projects. Please leave your thoughts and some love for Jenns project in the comments below!
