Happy Thursday peeps! Look at this sweet flower tag from Stephanie! All week long we have been celebrating with Marvy Uchida!
Today Stephanie shares how you can use Marvy markers on silk to make your projects match up perfectly! Check it out and while you are here make sure you enter the giveaway below!
Note the beautiful color of the ribbon colored with Marvy paint glitter pens!
She even added some details on the Beautiful Blooms die-cut to keep the color theme going.
Did you notice how the ribbon sparkles because of the pens?
Here’s what Stephanie had to say about her project:
Beautiful Blooms Tag with Marvy Dyed Ribbon
I absolutely love Rita’s diecuts for quick, easy and beautiful projects! This lovely Rose makes for the perfect tag when paired with the perfect shade of Marvy glitter pen. Color the sari ribbon with Marvy DecoColor glitter paint pen. Tip: make sure you have scrap paper underneath ribbon so you don’t ruin your work surface. I accented the Bloom die-cut with Marvy DecoColor glitter paint pen. Not that it needed any added decor but it brings the piece together 🙂 I added some of the colored ribbon for the tassel and a few scraps around the waist of the bloom die-cut and tassel. I loved the tattered stringy look of the ribbon against the lovely flower.

Pretty tag! Love the coloring and textures!
What a good idea to color the ribbon with the pen–that way it matches perfectly. The flower blooms are SO cute. Will you be offering them as stamps?
You could use that as a bookmark since it isn’t very thick. Nice job.
Stephanie, this is gorgeous! I love the choice of colors, and the glitter paint pen sounds yummy! Nice job!
Love the tag!!
This is so cute! Thanx for the chance to win and also for sharing this project!
Wow, this is such a beautiful tag, Stephanie. I love the design and the colors, too!!
I wish I could do mixed media like you. Mad skills!
Really beautiful tag!!! And thank you for the chance to win! Love Marvy!
Fabulous tag!!!
Sweet tag.
My first thought when I saw this was the same as someone commented earlier – what a great bookmark this would be!
I always forget about tags! Love the colors.
